This area explains the lighting of wall torches during this event.

Lighting:  Simply pick up the ground spawn torch, equip it in primary and click on an unlit wall torch.

Resetting Yourself:  After you light a torch, you have to pickup another, equip it, and reset yourself by clicking on the any of the torches reset torches indicated on the layout map.

Note: There's a refresh timer associated with the reset torches.  Meaning you sometimes have to wait a few seconds before the reset click will work.
